It was close to the train station and the train line to Ghibli Park. We absolutely loved the fact that the hotel’s decor was in the spirit of the Ghibli theme and we enjoyed finding different characters throughout the hotel. It made the whole trip this little bit more magical. The breakfast menu was varied and delicious. Everyone found something that they liked. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

A good business hotel, close to a subway station. Breakfast is fantastic, with infinite options. Micro wave available to heat your obentos, laundry, a very good onsen including a rotenburo (open air hot pool). Air conditioning in the room. Clean, well-managed, friendly staff. Definitely worth the stay and highly recommended.

The location is so so so so convenient. Easily to get a bus to NAGOYA STATION or SAKAE ( just 3 mins walk from the hotel). Actually U even can walk there. The room is good and the breakfast is great. I definitely will come back again on my next trip.

Breakfast was readily served at the time we had requested. There was good quality and variety of food served for breakfast. The hotel rooms and facilities were very clean and very well maintained. The rooms were very spacious and we had an extremely comfortable and relaxing stay at Sanage. We also enjoyed both the public and private onsens available at the hotel. I love the peaceful environment in and around the hotel grounds. There were some scenic spots for photo taking within the nearby grounds. There was a restaurant near the hotel that served a wide variety of food, and we enjoyed all of the several meals we had at this restaurant.
