Weird front desk decoration. Glad that I saw the reviews about the dinosaurs at the front desk or else I would be having surprises. The front office is self serve with automated machines. But the price is good . Breakfast hall got nice Seaview. But choices not many. Very simple. But sufficient. They give hotel guests discount on the nearby parking lot. Make sure you get it done on the lobby machine.

Spa Hotel Garden Palace provides comfortable accommodation with natural hot spring baths. Free Wi-Fi is offered throughout the property.

The onsen, the food especially breakfast, it’s got a good vibe, feels like a family run hotel, room was small but adequate. About a 15 minute walk from the train station but they do have a shuttle.

the owner was extremely kind and nice; he was very warm and kind to us. he didn’t speak English but he made sure in multiple ways that we could communicate (using google translate and other translating devices). he brought us fruit, offered to pick us up and to bring us to the nearest station and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. the position is really good if you need to overnight in the airport or if you land late and want a room close to the airport without spending a fortune. if it’s your first time in Japan, it’s also nice to experience the traditional ryokatan and sleep on the tatami mat; it’s surprisingly comfortable and I had a really good night of deep sleep. super reccommended! we had a really good time.

I was in the hotel only for bridging a long transit time between two flights. Easily reachable by train from the airport, the hotel is at walking distance (some 15 minutes) from the train station. Nice breakfast buffet, I wished I had more time for it.

Boasting a spa bath, Katsuragi Onsen Happuu No Yu is situated in Katsuragi. There is an in-house restaurant, plus free private parking and free WiFi are available.

Oh my! The absolute best hotel we stayed at. The ryokan was absolute. Outside foot bath. Hot stone rest room. Onsen in and out real onsen (people go there more for that). The dinner was a poetry. All music to my ears. Absolute amazing place.

This is one of the best places I've stayed in Japan. Its situated in a quiet region, really close to the train station. Its a good option if you want to wind down a bit. The amenities, service and included meal were amazing. There are a few things to do in the surrounding area, but if you want a bit more, you can just take a train to Osaka (these come at an approx. 20 mins interval). I would definitely chose it again for the next trip.

It’s our second stay and the reason why we came back here is that we were very satisfied with the hotel on our first stay. So,having the onsen and massage chair was a deciding factor. Also a delicious breakfast every morning and a comfortable bed are important to us. The location is also great, so close to the train station and shops.
