Exceeded expectations. Fantastic location above the beach yet only minutes walk from all the restaurants and bars. Clean and comfortable with a good breakfast to dry you up for the day. Oh, and the sunsets viewed from there are stunning

Perfect location just in front of the ocean, beautiful place to walk around and to do water activities (when the weather allows). There is a nice restaurant and a couple of bars in the beach. The beach is also very-very good. The apartment is quite better than we expected, there is enough space for a family with 2 kids. It is equipped extremely well - like in a living apartment there is everything that you need and even more. What is really valuable, there are two terraces: one with the sea view to enjoy some drinks (or even a dinner) in the evening when it gets quiet to chill and listen to the ocean and the back garden where you can hide from the sun and noise during the day. Kids can play there safely.

This is the most beautiful flat , full of character in the perfect location . Bittor who met us at the flat was so helpful . He had left food , wine and delicious Spanish biscuits . You should book this flat because it’s got everything you need . It felt like we were in a 5 star hotel . Anyway I’m already looking forward to coming back !!

The location is excellent. Close to everything super market shops and easy to walk to the old town. Not far from bus terminal.

Perfect location for soaking up the atmosphere of the Old Town and Concha beach. Home away from home with everything you need for a few days exploring San Sebastian. Pablo was very welcoming and full of advice and tips to make the most of our trip. Would highly recommend this apartment. Had multiple games and activities for the kids also.
