I was staying in a bamboo cabaña, which was very cozy and comfy. The bedsheets and blankets smelt like home! The bed was super comfortable. Claudia was just the best host ever! Always there to offer advice and whatever else you needed. If you’re trying to escape from busy hostels but still meet some nice people, that’s your place! It’s located very close to the main square but far away from roads. After over a month of travelling in Colombia that was actually the first place when I had a really good sleep with no need of using earplugs!

The place is surrounded by silence and nature, just 1.4km away from the road that brings you to the thermal area of Santa Rosa. The staff is amazing and helpful to make your stay warm and cosy. The location is excellent, only a five minute walk to the thermal baths. The owners are the nicest people, and their dog Coffee is adorable. Breakfast was super tasty too. After spending the day in the thermal baths, sleeping with the sound of the river is so relaxing. Easily the best night we've had in our trip! ❤️

The location was extremely peaceful and surrounded by rainforest and waterfalls. The hotel's thermal pools were quiet during our stay and many times we had them to ourselves. My partner had a massage in the spa and thought it was excellent experience and very reasonably priced. The Plan Americano had a good selection of meals to choose from, all were all delicious. Our deluxe room was very clean and spacious, with a great waterfall view

The king bed was a very welcomed feature, especially since we had been travelling for a few days and appreciated the space to rest. The pools were right outside our room, which was amazing. The paths are all well-lit, so you can walk through the jungle and not fear that you'll get lost. The whole ambience of the place is just really cool. Highly recommend staying the night!! You won't regret it.
