Whispering Sands Beachfront Motel is situated on Waikanae Beach, just a 10-minute walk from Gisborne city centre. Gisborne is a fabulous city and Whispering Sands does it’s part, the amenities were great. Close to everything.

Ocean Beach Motel offers comfortable accommodation in Wainui Beach, just 5 minutes’ drive from the Gisborne city centre. Our host, Caro, was super nice and gave us a great room and restaurant recommendations. Room was large and comfy. The terrace at the back of the room was a nice surprise.

Set in a private garden, Tudor Park Motel Spacious with kitchens 1 minute walk to restaurant and shopping centre and Gisborne Hospital offers self-contained accommodation with free WiFi. SUCH a lovely stay here! Rooms were spacious, very clean. Staff were so so friendly! Wifi was great, no issues with that. About 10 min drive into the main area of Gisborne. Would definitely stay here again!

BKs Palm Court Motor Lodge is a 5-minute drive from Gisborne Beach and Gisborne’s town centre. It offers barbecue facilities, free on-site parking and free Wi-Fi access. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Would definately recommend to anyone who needs to stay in that part of town

Located in the centre of Te Hapara, this motel offers a children’s playground for the whole family to enjoy. Free WiFi is provided. Easy to find, and there are stores and restaurants nearby. The main attractions are also not far away. The owner/manager is helpful, nice and knowledgeable about Gisborne. Our room was a good size, and it had everything you need.
