Offering quality accommodation, this 4.5-star property is nestled between Paihia and Waitangi on Te Ti Bay. Location is a little out of town but only about a short walk away. It is in a sunny spot, but there is some road noise as it's near a junction although most of the time this isn't an issue. It's about a 5 min or less walk to the beach and about a 15 min walk/short drive to the Treaty Grounds or similar in opposite direction to town. Owners were very friendly and knowledgeable about places to visit in the area. Very spacious room Great shower Loads of kitchen equipment if needed

Just 10 minutes' walk from the Kerikeri River and set amongst gardens, the peaceful Colonial House Motel boasts free unlimited WiFi, Netflix and 50+ TV channels and a saltwater pool. Wow, this has been a great experience! The Colonial House Motel is a lovely place, a beautiful garden, nice rooms, filled with hospitality. Owner Mark personally showed us our room, making us feel welcome from the very first second on. The room is equipped with everything an (overseas) tourist needs. In our room there was even a travel adapter power plug. Laundry service is available complete with clothes airers. When we arrived, Mark was working in the garden. Upon arrival he said we came on a good time: time also for a short break from gardening. This was another way we felt very welcome. The owners not just own this place, they live it. They live hospitality. Thanks very much, Mark and Paula. I would highly recommend the Colonial House Motel for anyone travelling in the Kerikeri and Bay of Islands area.

Located in a quiet position on Kerikeri Road, the colonial-style Kerikeri Park Lodge features modern decor and is set on 3.5 acres of lovely park like grounds. Very clean and well run, friendly staff. Good parking.

The Ash Grove is located in the Bay of Islands, just a 3-minute drive from the Paihia Waitangi waterfront. It offers free Wi-Fi and a peaceful garden setting with a large swimming pool. From the moment we arrived we felt right at home. Parking right in front of the apartment, all sparkling clean and so well equipped ... everywhere ample storage space, good bedside tables on both sides of the bed, as well as easy to reach plugs, spacious bathroom with separate WC, good shower, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, quiet room with view to the pool and beautiful garden. You could feel and see that the motel was planned by travelers for travelers! We hope to stay again in the future, and for more than 2 nights. We would have loved to spend more time at the motel and in the peaceful garden and pool. Next time :) Loved it!

Set in lush sub-tropical gardens, Kauri Park offers an outdoor pool and units with spa bath. The motel features free Wi-Fi and free private parking. Spacious and clean room. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Room has window screens and regular pest control so no bugs or insects. Host is super friendly. Averill Court Motel offers spacious self-contained accommodation, only 150 metres from Paihia Beach. All rooms are built around a central pool area with spa pool, swimming pool and sun terrace. 目的に即した設備内容で値段も許容範囲。新しく無いモーテルだとは思うが、改装や手入れがされているので問題無し。 この国ではまだ普及率の高くないエアコンが設置されているのは良かった。 街の中心から少しだけ外れているので車利用になると思うが、逆にハイシーズンなどはうるさくなくて良いかも。

Our hosts Trevor and Lidia were so welcoming and made it feel like our home away from home. The breakfasts every morning set us up well for the day. All in all it was a wonderful place to stay.
