The place is clean with good facilities, two bathrooms, minimum interaction with staff that were happy to assist, we came very early left the lougage at the reception and when we arrived to checking it waited for us at the room, there is a simple but nice breakfast which is needed since the location is at the late night district and everiting is open late.

Excellent location near express & intercity bus terminals. Also near bus stops for buses to/from KTX station.
Finding food nearby is easy.
Room was very quiet which is my #1 priority.
Room & bathroom both a good size
Gyeongju is a really good town with lots of interesting things in it & nearby.
I was able to check in before the official check in time

I liked the staff. As soon as they found out I can speak decent korean, as a foreigner, they really opened up.
Everything was as advertised. The Motel was close to the bus station
Friendly local motel, with big AC rooms, close to center and local market just a step from the bus stop for bus and train terminal.
Breakfast basic but ok.
Really value for the price you pay.

The room was fully stocked and the bed and ammenities were much better than I had expected. The pictures don’t do the motel justice. Also the owner of the motel was extremely attentive, kind, friendly. She was truly phenomenal and made the stay amazing!
