Starting from its prime location, to warm & welcoming staff, to vibrant & cozy lobby to spacious interiors. This is not our first time at Motel One. We had taken an earlier flight that arrived at 8AM and we were planning to go out while leaving our luggage at the hotel's locker; to our pleasant surprise, the staff checked room availability and offered us complimentary early check-in (which we were not expecting at all)! Their superior quality of service & hospitality is simply outstanding! Highly recommend this hotel as it is a short walk from the Metro and is at the heart of Munich with restaurants & cafes just a walk away. They even offered free umbrellas on days it rained, which was very thoughtful of them.
