Located in Perth, Great Eastern Motor Lodge is 2 minutes' walk from the Swan River, restaurants and shops. It offers self-contained apartments with free cable TV. The room was spacious and comfortable. We got an upgrade when I mistakenly didn't book the correct dates and had to make an extra booking. There was a shuttle bus which was available 24/7 and picked us up at 1am from the airport. The shower was powerful and the kitchenette had pretty much everything you needed. I needed a tin opener one day and they found one for me. On our return there was one in the room. There was a nice outdoor swimming pool and the location was good for the airport and the city. Plenty of parking for our van!
