The accommodation offers a shared kitchen, a concierge service and organising tours for guests. The one bedroom villa we stayed in exceeded our expectations. It was clean and modern and offered great privacy with a relaxing covered patio area outside. The villa had a well equipped kitchen with everything you could need, including a kettle, toaster, pans, cooking utensils, cutlery, plates and cups etc. Other useful items included an iron, ironing board and clothes airer and the free onsite laundry was a godsend for our 3 week stay. We used the pool but didn't have a chance to go in the games room, gym or use the tennis courts, nor did we use the communal kitchen as we had our own however all these facilities looked good and well maintained. The area is nice and quiet with the beautiful historic town of Morpeth just down the road. There is a mini convenience store, butcher, cafes, shops and our personal favourite, the bakery, they have amazing pies and sweet treats! I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again, it truly felt like a home away from home.

During my past business travel experience with 16years stayed more than 100 hotels, including 5star hotels. This hotel is my TOP3 now! It’s much over my expectations. It satisfied lots of my picky points, the most impressive is super clean!! Even the ceiling/wall/title, no dirty spot at all! I was really impressive. Meanwhile, the owner Mrs. Pam is super nice and kind, she runs her hotel very organized. Lots of details satisfied me a lot! I definitely will come back again next year when I traveled to business site again!

There is a free laundry and your room is cleaned daily. Parking is a little tight in the courtyard, but there is more parking in the expansive parking lot next door. The owners are delightful and always available to assist if you need them. The office does shut down at 8 pm, so if you are checking in after hours, just make arrangements to get your key. Best motel in Raymond Terrace. Also, there is a restaurant nest door serving lunch and dinner.
