I like this place very much. It is good value for money - we paid $27.50 for 1 room for 1 night. The room is clean with good wifi, TV, Fridge, Microwave and Coffee machine. I would choose this place every time as it is all I want.

Wonderful place, the owners were lovely, the room comfy and it was great hanging out by the fire pits. Loved the pink fridge too!

Everything was great, arrival instructions were very clear. The coffee was a real nice way to start the day (as were the chocolates!!)

We absolutely loved the updated retro interior of the room. Also, the fact that the children had their own room (with a second tv) was really nice. Lots of storage and hooks! The bathroom looked very pretty (great water pressure and kids loved taking a bath) and the lighting was great. The room had a microwave and mini fridge as well as perfectly working AC. The king bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable! Big and funky pool towels were provided as well as other towels. Fresh towels were provided upon request and outside was an ice machine. We loved the look of the pool! Very convenient to dip in after a long day of hiking. Should you want to have a little bit more extravagant pool time with the kids? The Community pool in Kanab is fairly priced and truly amazing for the kids as well! Overal we had a great stay in the lovely town of Kanab! Visiting both Bryce and Zion from there was perfect.

Excellent location, friendly and efficient staff. It has an amazing history and a 9 hole golf course too. The restaurant is fabulous. I ordered the roast beef dinner and it was really good.
