The absolutely best motel during my trip in South Island. They have very large rooms and the facilities are well equipped and fantastic lake view.

Mark, the owner, is a really nice and cheerful guy who will help you wherever he can. The room and bathroom were spcious and perfectly clean. It's just a short walk from the lakefront and the main street with all the shops and restaurants.

There is a living room with sofa and kitchen facilities as soon as you enter, and the bathroom has two doors, so you can go to the bathroom from the room, which is very convenient. The bed is very comfortable, and the hotel has a great view, opposite Lake Te Anau, and downstairs is a garden. There are chairs outside the room to sit, which is very nice! Parking is also very convenient, highly recommended!

Everything! The bed was really comfy, everything was neat and clean. The people who run it are in every detail (they even left napkins in the kitchen). I got there after hours and they left clear and simple instructions, which made it really easy. I would have liked to stay more time.
