Situated next to the Pacific Ocean, this motel is 5 minutes’ drive from Kaikoura Racecourse. All rooms offer a TV with satellite channels. Free parking is offered on site.

Walking distance from excellent seafood place at Pier Hotel and the walk offered beautiful views of ocean and mountains. Hosts were extremely kind even we approached them after 8 PM for coin exchange to use dryer.

I loved that the accomodation had an information book which included advice on who to call if medical assistance was required. Turns out we needed this info and it made the situation less stressful. We also appreciated the lady on reception who changed our room to the ground floor. That was really thoughtful as my parents are in the 80’s and it would have been difficult going up and down the stairs. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Tiddles the cat gave a great welcome and the staff were also delightful. The room was spacious and clean and the cookies was a sweet touch. Great hot water and pressure in the shower too!
