Both travellers on the road and on a budget rely on motels for convenient stops with reasonable rates. Direct access to parking makes a motel an easy place to catch some sleep after a day of driving. The relatively smaller size of this accommodation type can also help to make check-in quick and easy.

The motel was convenient for the ferry. It was basic but adequate. The beds were comfortable. The staff at breakfast was very friendly and helpful and the food was great.

When I first saw this motel, I was not sure about it. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room is a little dated but comfortable and clean. It is under new ownership and you can see the work that has been done. It's close the Marine Atlantic Ferry terminal. Close to all amenities.

We were on the road for 14 hours and this motel turned out to be pretty good for us to take a break from the road. It has everything you need, a warm room, a shower and a soft bed.

This motel is very clean with a comfortable bed and helpful, friendly staff. The microwave, coffeemaker and fridge come in handy and the room has a small table and two chairs making it easy to enjoy a meal or a snack. It is located very close to the Newfoundland ferry dock and is far enough off the highway to be fairly quiet.

It's just a road motel, but it's perfect for what it is. Stayed the night before the ferry crossing. Renovated - very clean, comfortable, nice shower, nice bed. Great value. Would absolutely stay again.
