It’s an older motel but our room had been renovated a little. Flower pots around the outside were cute.
Bed was super comfortable and air conditioning worked well.
For the value. It was everything we needed. Staff were very friendly.

The new manager is friendly but is not as the previous manager who extended a better rate because she new that I am a very clean person and my friend makes up the room better than housekeeping at the hotel does. When I leave everything has been washed down and is immaculate.
The housekeeping at the motel just makes the room get a pass with something missed.

Really appreciated the laminate floors (no carpet), blackout curtains, and lack of intrusive chemical fragrance smells which so many cheaper motels overuse. Beds were medium-firm, which we like! Friendly check-in.

The room was clean, the staff was super kind, and although the motel isn’t located in the best part of Duncan, I felt completely safe on the nights I was there by myself as a female. Air conditioning worked well. The room was freshly painted and renovated all except the bathroom which was still in fine clean working order.
