The location was absolutely perfect. Quiet, convenient, and everything we hoped for. The staff were incredibly helpful, patient, and genuinely friendly—we felt so well looked after from start to finish.
The pool and the amazing restaurant were such a breath of fresh air after the heat and hustle of exploring Rome. It was the perfect place to relax and recharge.
We were so happy with our stay and honestly can’t imagine staying anywhere else in Rome now. Thank you for everything!

Big thank you to the hotel manager / director who helped us with everything we needed to ensure our stay was seamless and pleasant.
Huge special thank you to Bea and her trainee Alllisia. We stayed 6 days at the Mecury in which they were very comfortable staff to be around as if they were family to us.

The location close to metro station is an advantage if you want to visit Rome by public transportation even though the distance to the city centre is appreciable (almost the end of the metro line). The rooms were good, not realy as expected for a 4* Mercure hotel but acceptable.

I asked for two single beds but they were not prepared on arrival. They offer a larger bedroom with two beds instantly, which had someone else’s laundry in the drawer and dirty pillows. Despite all these and more inconveniences, the staffs at front desk were sooooooooo KIND and responded promptly to fix the issues. Grazie mille to them! The front desk staffs should get paid more!!! Collab, Accor!

Mercure standards, so all clean and great service. The hotel is situated in a residential area, with great local restaurants and cute places serving gelatto. I’ve been to Rome before and stayed in the city centre, but this hotel is situated in a much nicer area of Rome, away from all the tourists while being well connected by the metro, so a win-win. We felt much safer at night than in the centre and the local atmosphere was lovely. We will be staying here again when we come visit again.

The rooftop pool and cocktail bar overlooking the Colosseo are the best part of this property. This is my fourth visit to the Eternal City and my fourth stay at the Mercure Colosseo. Rooms are comfortable, prices are reasonable, the staff is friendly, and the location is perfect! We met up with friends here before starting our three-week tour of Italy; great place to start!
