The location was absolutely perfect. Quiet, convenient, and everything we hoped for. The staff were incredibly helpful, patient, and genuinely friendly—we felt so well looked after from start to finish. The pool and the amazing restaurant were such a breath of fresh air after the heat and hustle of exploring Rome. It was the perfect place to relax and recharge. Great location, very clean and modern. Staff were excellent Big thank you to the hotel manager / director who helped us with everything we needed to ensure our stay was seamless and pleasant. Huge special thank you to Bea and her trainee Alllisia. We stayed 6 days at the Mecury in which they were very comfortable staff to be around as if they were family to us. Merry Christmas to all.

It was very clean, and accomodated our needs. First we was given a sofa bed but after complaining that it wasnt comfortable they changed our rooms to bwtter beds.
