- Very positive in providing access intructions with incorporating videos a week before my arrival date. - Refreshed the bathroom with cleaning the shower & replacing towels after day five. - Asked how things were going when I bumped into the owner a couple of times outside the apartment building. Spacious clean, nice apartments. Large comfortable bed, perfect air conditioning. Self registration, but owner is always in touch. As a compliment - water, coffee, milk, cookies, thank you!

The room was spacious and and we especially liked the infusion of local arts and culture with a unique twist being decorated in that style. This contributed to a very memorable and sirvusl stay here. The host was very accommodating and organised with very clear information, as well helpful on pointing out local attractions. Thankyou for such a wonderful stay.

Well maintained, clean with a nice view. Giovanna is the absolute best and made our stay extra special. Many of the complaints I have read were about the rude older gentleman but I did not find him to be so at all. Also, that there was construction going on across the way. That is true but it is not like the hotel owners have any control over that. Lastly, it is old and outdated. Duh. You are staying in old villa on the island of Sicily, book a Marriott then. Breakfast was good, and the small bar and light lunch were nice extras.

The location is its best attribute. It is easy to get to and where you want to be. Breakfast on the open top floor was good.

Very close to bus and train stations. Easy walk to Ortigia; easy walk to archeological park. Supermarket and major thoroughfare nearby. Very clean. Super large room; comfortable bed; nice to have table & chairs in room. Breakfast adequate - cheese, meats, juice, fruit, yoghurt, cornetto and rolls. Host very pleasant and helpful. Registration and arrival worked smoothly.

The room and balcony had a nice view and the breakfast offered was excellent. All the staff were very friendly and professional, which contributed to a very enjoyable stay.
