Room was clean. Free parking. Excellent location. Friendly, helpful staff. Glad the room did not have carpeting. Staff let me register early so I could park in the morning and take my family sight-seeing until later when the room was ready.

Location, view, cleanliness, excellent staff. Staff were very understanding to rectify mistake made by Booking.com. I requested for room with view but Booking.com seem to have ignored my request and placed me in a random room, thanks to the wonderful staff at Marriott who got me the right room with a beautiful room.

The view was absolutely spectacular. The bed was extremely comfortable. I love the suite because I could sleep and my husband watched TV in the other room. The bathroom was great. The staff were friendly and offered an upgrade. It was actually better than what I booked. The nightly fireworks were amazing. We were given coupons for restaurants, which was helpful. There is a free breakfast each morning. The room was very clean. The view is much better than Fallsview or Marriott. We would definitely stay here again.

Very close to the hotel across the road, parking turned out to be much cheaper than the hotel offers - in the end they refused the parking offered by the hotel. You can’t rely on the view from the window towards the waterfall - only a small edge of the waterfall is visible - everything else is covered by another Marriott hotel located in front of this hotel

Good budget offering, we stayed in one of the rooms with partial falls + river view as most of the hotel building is behind the Marriott hotel (Best views).

Parking staff and shuttle driver were very personable. Despite issues with registration, the lobby staff were accomodating.

I booked with Marriott to surprised my husband on a weekend get away our first night there it was very loud in the hallway we couldn’t sleep it was at 1 0 2 am the noise continued we called front desk they said they would send security, no one ever came

The location of hotel was great, we were close to venue we were attending, Fallsview Casino (show) & for dinner at the Keg across the street in Marriott hotel.
