This Marriott is very well appointed and felt like it was brand new. The staff was genuinely friendly, knowledgable and warm. Valet parking is available, the valet even let me follow him to the parking lot so I wouldn't get lost.

The room was nice except our phone wasn't working in the room, so no room service etc...Everything else was good. The location was great! In walking distance to several restaurants, although there is a restaurant and Starbucks at Marriott. We were intown one-night for VUU football game and enjoyed our stay. Will definitely stay again next time in Richmond 😊
