PortugalAnyone who knows me, knows that I never give 10/10 overall for all services. This was the FIRST TIME I have to give a perfect score to any hotel anywhere in the world. From the moment we arrived, we were pampered and treated as VVIPs. welcome drinks and valet parking. Our room had been decorated to accommodate our anniversary. The guest relations lady, Ahlam, went on my instagram, downloaded, printed and cut out photos, and arranged them with flowers on our bed. We were upgraded for free to a suite, we had complimentary cakes and fruit. We had complimentary drinks and snacks by the huge empty pool. Our dinner and breakfast were exceptional. Hell, Everything was exceptional, but the staff just made it magic.
