The room was large, very clean and had lots of windows for the sun to come in. The hot tub was great - kids loved it. The breakfast was hearty, home made to order. The surrounding plots around the hotel are empty, so feels fresh and breezy. I want to specifically call out Mr Ogus for his warm and excellent hospitality. Looking at my kids he allowed us late check out by 5 hours and free of cost!! Absolutely amazing!

The hotel itself is amazing, but the hospitality we received was the highlight of our stay. The staff were kind and friendly throughout, and they made us feel right at home. I cannot say enough good things about the team. The room itself was very spacious and elegant, with artful decor choices. The bathroom was especially roomy, and had both a shower stall AND a bathtub. The beds were comfy and there was ample space to store our belongings. The common areas offer stunning views of the surrounding hills, and the hotel is an easy walk away from the town center where you'll find loads of cafes, restaurants, and shops. The breakfast was utterly delicious! Everything served was prepared with the freshest ingredients, and we were even offered made-to-order eggs. I would recommend booking tours through the hotel. Our hot air balloon ride was cancelled at the last moment, and they were able to process a refund promptly (2-3 days) back to our card, and they maintained open communication with us about this even after we had checked out. You can also trust their restaurant recommendations.

Eren, the manager, was incredibly friendly and helpful. He took care of everything for us, from airport shuttles to booking our balloon ride and local tours. The communication was excellent, and we felt very well looked after. The breakfast was delicious and served in a cozy setting, and the rooftop terrace gave us a great view in the morning. We also loved the garden area, especially the puppy and the turtle! It made the place feel homely and unique. Highly recommended if you're looking for a warm and authentic experience in Cappadocia.
