What really stood out was the exceptional service. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I would especially like to recognize Khushbu and Ranjana at the reception — they went above and beyond to assist me. They not only arranged an early check-in but also helped with urgent photocopies and even found a nearby studio through their workmate’s reference when I needed documents for my embassy travel NOC.Their professionalism and warmth truly made a difference. I stayed here with my husband and we couldn't be happier with this hotel! Absolutely luxury and confort! The staff is exceptional and very professional, they help you in anything you need. The breakfast is very good and if you decide to have a meal in their restaurant it's also very good, with a great view over the city! They even have a little sauna and jacuzzi for extra relax and disconnection!! And they provide the transfer service to or from the airport which I also used! I totally recommend this hotel and if I ever come back to Katmandu this is where I want to stay!!

Amazing sunset views on the terrace by the restaurant and the pool looked great although it was a little cold for me to use it.
