From the moment we checked in with Edgardo, we felt taken care of. The grounds, pool and mountain views are gorgeous, and all the staff are so kind and helpful. We enjoyed massages at the spa and took advantage of the daily meditation and yoga practices. We so appreciated the little details like our morning coffee/treat basket and a welcome kit with pool essentials and bug spray. The breakfast is also extremely generous and delicious! Overall, this was the perfect getaway from Mexico City for a few days and we cannot wait to come back.

A Continental Breakfast is included. The hotel is incredible. Small but with all the amenities, the spa was really nice and the people super nice. Restaurant really good and we have a lovely time

The level of service was unprecedented, including the rooftop breakfast, help with transport, responsiveness, tips for Tepotzlan, etc. The rooms and outside areas are great, a small oasis in Tepotzlan.
