We were lucky enough to have stayed here for 5 nights. We booked the suite with spa bath and the photos online really don’t do the room justice, it was incredible. So wonderful to have so much space, they had also thought of everything you could possibly need. The staff were all incredibly warm and kind and genuinely cared about making your stay as comfortable as possible. Special thanks to the amazing reception team. We used the spa in the evening and were lucky to have it to ourselves, it was a lovely space. Great steam, sauna and large jacuzzi. The gym had enough equipment to be able to do a decent workout as well. The restaurant was a truly wonderful experience. The chef has created the most divine dishes and we enjoyed every single course that appeared before us! The waiter / sommelier was also the perfect level of attentive, they have hired exceptional people. We also enjoyed the bar snacks one evening, well worth having, the chicken is one of the best I’ve ever had. Finally, one of the most dog friendly hotels we have ever stayed in. Little bowl and bed ready for our dog in the room and they asked after her every time they saw us. We can’t wait to come back again.

The staff are very friendly and helpful and nothing is too much trouble for them. The property has recently been lovingly restored into a perfect small bed and breakfast hotel. We also enjoyed an excellent lunch on their terrace. There is a great choice of restaurants in nearby Arezzo but a car is needed.

The property was close to the train station, restaurants and grocery stores. It was very clean and offered great amenities. There was water, tea and coffee options for us everyday which was nice.

For my wife and I, the outstanding element of this wonderful villa was the willingness of the staff to do everything to ensure that our stay was as pleasant as possible.

The rooms have wooden beams and the windows offer views of the rooftops and the views over the valley. The location is good, stunning view from the window. Lots of good restaurants, nice shopping street and we also did a hike to a beautiful Castel nearby. The staff was very nice, plus a tasty breakfast. They also let us keep our luggage until we had to leave
