They made me feel special every day before my Birthday. Sindu, Alit and Arys were super helpful at the restaurant and treated me with goodies. 🙂 Hendri made a really tasty affogato at the bar and all in all the restaurant staff were ALL super friendly and helpful. Just could not remember everybody's name ☺️ Room service was amazing too. Fresh towels, immaculate room every day. Gede the pool guy was friendly and helpful too, enjoyed a conversation with him, very ambitious young man! I am definitely going back to this hotel.

Elegantly decorated, each unit is well-appointed with modern amenities and wooden furnishings. Guests enjoy garden or ocean view from the private balcony. The bathroom has separate bath and shower. Certain units have a private pool and ocean views. The stay was absolutely amazing. The landscape is awesome, it looks like a palace. All staff were very friendly and attentive. The bedroom is completely comfy and pleasant. The stay included breakfast and I don't regret paying for it as it was delicious and fresh, the style is buffet and you can find plenty of different options. The hotel has sic restaurants and beautiful swimming pools.

The private open bathroom is fitted with a tropical bamboo shower. This is a fantastic property in a great location. Everything was well thought of and the staff were very helpful. I have been coming to Ulu for many years and would choose this hotel over any of the new fancy 5 star global chains.
