There are three terraces to enjoy, and the roof terrace in particular was a lovely place to sunbathe. The roof terrace also has a two person hot tub / jacuzzi which was lovely to relax in during the evening, looking out to the moonlit sea… bliss! The apartment had everything we needed and is in a brilliant location, just off the main road so it was quiet, but walking distance to some great restaurants and bars. The restaurant directly opposite the apartment (Torre Bahia Lounge) was superb. The beach is also just across the road… less than a minute to walk to. Communication with Denis (the host) was very good. For example, there were some local water supply issues in the area during our stay (a local problem that affected neighbouring houses, apartments and businesses) and Denis kept us updated with what was happening. The information provided via WhatsApp before our stay was super helpful, and check-in / check-out was very straightforward. We visit Mojacar regularly as we have friends who live nearby, so we will definitely stay here again! We loved it.

Nice interior design, all needed equipment (except coffee machine). Kitchen is small, but had all utensils, oven, microwave, kettle, dishes and cleaning supplies. The patio was nice with an amazing sea view. Each room had new quiet AC Big TV Comfortable bed Digital Self check in based on your geolocation (but first check that you turned on geo for your safari browser in phone settings) A lot of free parking slots right near the house

The apartment was literally one minute from the beach, we could hear the sound of the sea from there. Very clean and had everything we needed to feel like home. The air conditioner was a good treat as it was pretty warm outside. Bed was comfortable and the shower was great!
