The resort is close to Sheikh Zayed City which is one of the most popular shopping centers and recreational centers of Giza. The hotel is very nice and spacious, but it lacks some things to become like the rest of the group’s hotels, because I have visited several hotels for Jazz. About the entrance: It’s not the most impressive part, but honestly, one of the best you’ll find in Downtown Cairo, and once you step inside, you completely forget about it. The hotel itself is a hidden gem, cozy, classy, and much more refined than anything else around. And I have to mention the staff, they were absolutely wonderful! Everyone was kind, welcoming, and genuinely cared about making sure I was comfortable. They went above and beyond to help with anything I needed and always greeted me with a smile. If you’re visiting Cairo and want a clean, comfortable, and luxurious stay in the heart of the city, this is definitely the place to be. I can’t recommend it enough!
