I liked the facility, very nice and specious room and bathroom. The breakfast is wonderful! I also enjoyed a nice dinner at hotel's restaurant. The staff, both at the reception and the restaurant, is very kind and helpful. It was my second stay in this hotel and both were very pleasant!

We recently stayed in this beautiful and well-equipped apartment in the perfect location in Freiburg, and it exceeded our expectations. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by Tom, who handed us the keys and gave us a tour of the apartment, making us feel right at home. The place was clean, and the highlight was the terrace with a wonderful jacuzzi and amazing views, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Tom was very helpful, providing us with restaurant recommendations and taking the time to show us the nearby parking garage. We were fortunate to borrow a parking permit from him, which made our stay even more convenient and we payed half the price with the permit. As we had an electric car, it was a huge plus that we could easily charge it in the garage. Our stay was fantastic, and we would love to return to this apartment in the future. Highly recommended!

He was extremely helpful and even came to us at 11pm to help us with the jacuzzi. The apartment was super comfortable, close to the train station and they helped us with where to park. There were also supermarkets really close by. There is parking available but it is a state parking lot and a bit expensive. Still we were so happy to have a host like Tom as he was extremely nice and super super helpful!!!
