The staff let us store our excess luggage so that we could pick it up a month later from then (this stay). We could also order stuff online and get packages delivered to the hotel. They have a robot that delivers food to your room if you order from Mei Tuan! The staff is very friendly, rooms are very clean and quiet. Would absolutely stay there again if I’m ever in Hangzhou again! 10/10!

Vivian served as tea and snacks upon arrival, and provided a great breakfast in the morning. Highly recommended!

Fitted with carpeted floor, all soundproofed rooms come with an easy chair, a sofa, writing desk, side table and a flat-screen TV. The private bathroom has a bathtub, a separate glass shower stall with a rainshower and a large basin vanity with television. The staff here bent over backwards to fulfil my needs. I lost my wallet in Xi'An and thks to Jenny & Alex, they helped communicating to the local police for me. The room was just brilliant! Their indoor pool was super cool! The food at Jin Sha and the staff there was superb! The bath salt in the room smelled soooo good!
