I also want to thank two other nightshift staff members, whose names I regret forgetting, for their assistance. In a tech-savvy city like Chengdu, where many services rely on mobile apps for food ordering, ride-hailing, and navigation, excellent customer service becomes essential. The staff’s patience in guiding us through these apps was invaluable, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable trip. Overall, their support truly enhanced our experience.

Nastanitev 悦蓝里s酒店成都春熙路宽窄巷子店 na odlični lokaciji v okrožju Jinniu District (Chengdu) se nahaja 2,7 km od znamenitosti Kongresno središče Chengdu International Exhibition Centre, 3,7 km od znamenitosti... Room had two queen size beds which was perfect for a family of four. In addition, the customer service was excellent and offered us late checkout from the normal 2pm (!!) to 3pm.

Breakfast is also great, loads of options to choose from. The location is perfect, away from the noisiness, next to Culture Park and the famous opera house! There’s even a water filter inside the room! And the price is sooo well worth it

Hotel Kempinski se nahaja v okrožju Wuhou, 5 min vožnje od železniške postaje Chengdu - jug. Ponuja notranji bazen in prostorne sobe s TV z ravnim zaslonom ter brezplačnim internetom. I enjoyed staying at Kempinski in Chengdu. Lovely hotel, great spacious, modern and clean rooms. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I was not impressed with swimming pool and spa area but I still would come back here next time. In my opinion it's one of the best hotels in the city alongside The Ritz Carlton and The Temple House.
