The decoration is quirky and fun, making reference to the culture and history of Xiamen. Location is very good, close to Zhongshan Rd and short taxi drive to Nanputuo and Xiamen Uni. The hotel receptionist, Lydia Li (guest service manager), was extremely nice and helpful, aiding us to book a tour to the Nanjing Tulou, and was very attentive as well during our stay.
