Location is fantastic, a huge mall just downstairs, don't even need to go outside. 15mins walk to hongyadong, 30mins walk to jiefangbei square. Room was really spacious and the views were excellent!

The staff do not speak English but to get around this they use a translator app (and so should you) making communication easy. The staff are kind and helpful in answering questions, the Housekeepers friendly and approachable providing whatever I may have needed. Breakfast is excellent with various choices. My room was spacious and comfortable. I enjoyed staying at the Bloom Hotel very much!

Rooms are on floors 16-20 so nice views in general. My room was also quite large with huge bed, and bathroom had both shower and bathtub. Very good wifi. Large selection of foods for breakfast. Friendly staff.
