It's got a good taste, following a certain theme, I liked it. Everything was good, they even have a collection of books, artworks, and other things in their huge lobby. Plus all the usual things you find in a hotel of this level. And it's very quiet.

The hotel is a wonderful place to stay in and to come back to after a long day exploring Beijing. The rooms were modern, spacious (surprisingly spacious), very clean and the beds were comfy (large and not too soft or hard- just right). The hotel also serves great breakfasts in the morning, and refreshing drinks in the evening. I also enjoyed just how helpful the team at the hotel was. They knew everything about the immediate area and what one should do for itineraries of various length. Most importantly, they were always pleasant, and never failed to make sure we were enjoying our stay and never were lost in Beijing or in China for that matter (because China is very different from any EU or Western country- and I did struggle with WeChat a bit...). Candice, Zoe and the rest of the team were able to various itineraries or day trips- which we did not take advantage of this time, but they did point us towards Lama Temple, Temple of Confucius, and other Beijing shopping destinations that we would not have known about without them. Although we left very early in the morning at the end our stay, they still wanted to wish us a safe trip back home in person. Thank you all! Breakfast was good. Our family likes to eat local food when we travel, so the Chinese food was ok for us. But you can also find western choices (sausages, beacon, cornflakes, etc). The staff was exceptional. Very attentive. The girls and guys at the front desk (English speaking!), the ladies from the cleaning service, the girl at the luggage storage, the guys in the lobby (Peng Zhang and his friends), thank you very much for everything! We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Some information for the guests. You can pay with Visa and MasterCard without any problems. Since we did not have enough time in the evening, we did not use the pool. But the hotel has a pool and a large gym. There are many small Chinese restaurants and shops around the hotel. The amenities in the rooms are very useful (the washing machine saved our lives in Beijing))), everything worked well, was new and modern. Tea, coffee, slippers... Even a small washing powder for the washing machine was provided by the hotel. Overall, a great choice in Beijing. I would like to mention the subway. Some reviewers noted that the subway station is not close. We did not use the subway and ordered a taxi through the Didi app and paid in the app through AliPay. Taxis in Beijing are affordable, the cars are new, the drivers are good, and the Didi app works well. So if you do not care about the subway station being very close, this hotel is a great choice!

The hotel offers 3 restaurants and free WiFi in all areas. Henderson Centre with lots of shopping and dining options is nearby. I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The subway station is just a 2 min walk around the corner. The central railway station is across the bridge. It’s easy to get around the city using public buses nearby. Breakfast was nice and tasty. Daily cleaning service. A pleasant discount if you decide to have dinner on the 5th floor. The staff are helpful and friendly. They offered me an early morning check in and as it was my birthday, I got a birthday card from General manager and a birthday cake with macaroons and berries. That was really awesome and definitely made my day so special and happy. Thank you so much!

It is a 5-minute walk from the Jiade Artistic Center and the National Art Museum of China. The room was very spacious and beautifully decorated. During the hot summer days in Beijing, the hotel provided excellent air conditioning throughout, ensuring a comfortable stay. The Cantonese restaurant on the second floor was delicious — highly recommended!

Friendly staff, location, settings, breakfast, afternoon tea, I like almost everything there. The cheongsam became our favorite. We are older and big in size, yet we can still find good cheongsam to take photos. We stayed in a three bedroom suite and it is very spacious, 210 sq.m. There is a mahjong table inside and we played the game too. Will definitely stayed again if we visit Beijing again.
