The owner really taking good care of us by allowed us left our backpack at the homestay early in the morning (arrived around 7am) & refreshen up ourselves there where you can use their bathroom with good shower. Love the spacious & clean room. Got our breakfast at their restaurant & highly resommended!

Very clean room, the hotel staff is very nice and helpful. The breakfast includes various dishes (Vietnamese and occidental), the pho was really good ! The day we left the hotel, we did a trekking and were all muddy, the hotel offered us to take a shower and clean ourselves before leaving Sa Pa (even though we did the checkout)

Excellent hotel. Staff were exceptional. Location was great. About 15 minute walk to Sun Plaza. 40 minute walk to CatCat, but staff will call you a cab if you prefer. Great restaurants all around the hotel. Variety store right next door. Made to order breakfast. Staff were so kind and helpful. Room was lovely. Full bath with a walk in shower. Very comfortable bed.

From the moment we arrived Kim the owner was very welcoming and his smile was infectious. He went above and beyond with our check in and check out times due to our early and late arrival and departure times. He even gave us a banh mi for the train ride back to Hanoi. Location was a short 450m from the centre of town. Breakfast was delicious, rooms were clean and spacious and bed comfortable. Kim helped us with tours and his English is wonderful. It is a small hotel and if we go back to SaPa we will stay again. Thank you Kim for making our stay in SaPa so enjoyable. 😊

Location was excellent- close to but not in the town of Sapa. Excellent choice of food at breakfast and very attentive staff everywhere. The staff and hotel are a credit to the management! Would definitely stay there again and recommend it to everyone going to Sapa!

The view of the room was stunning, probably one of the best features of the place. The room is very spacious and well equipped with everything you need for a getaway in Sapa. The staff were very helpful and put their best efforts to ensure we had a wonderful stay, helping out with advise on what to do around Sapa, accommodating early luggage storage as well. Facilities wise, we tried up the heated indoors pool, which is very nice, especially after spending a full day in the cold wet weather outside.
