Had a wonderful stay at Hotel skye inn! The staff were friendly and attentive, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the amenities exceeded expectations. This hotel is located right in the heart of all things tourist in the city center. The most chaotic portion of the city (nightlife and such) is within minutes of walking but you can walk in the opposite direction to connect to much more family friendly options like the huge street markets, temples, etc. It truly is a perfect location. There are tons of amazing restaurants within minutes walking too! Nearly right across the street there is a travel agency owned by Sunil Tamang. He will handle everything for your adventures and not be pushy. I strongly recommend him. The breakfast and staff were amazing at the hotel! The owner was very available and made sure we were happy! I even got a private tour of the property as they were doing upgrades. I very much recommend the hotel for all aspects: Location, hospitality, food, etc...

We arrived super late and the staff was waiting for us with a friendly smile on their face. They only have 9 rooms in the hotel. Our room was huge, and clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. Watch your head on the ceiling pole, but you can put your suitcase or the plant as a block. Good AC and shower, international plugs by the bed and a good desk with a street view for working. You got to select your breakfast from a list and the portion sizes were on a larger scale, good coffee. I would 150% stay here again.
