The hotel was amazing, the room was big and clean, the bathroom was really nice and we had a private balcony with the view of the pool. We used both pools (inside of the hotel and in front of it), we really liked the pool bar where we had fresh drinks and delicious meals. The breakfast was also great with many options. We tried the massage service as well and we really liked it. In front of the hotel, we could watch the most beautiful sunsets in Gili.

Our stay at Beach House Resort was perfect. We realized we made the right choice choosing this hotel on our walks around the island. The location is central, but in a nice area. Just a short walk from the port. Other review mention noice on Wednedsdays due to the Irish bar, but we got left a nice note and earplugs beforehand (which we did not need due to being located in the courtyard) The service is impeccable, the rooks clean and look good and we really enjoyed both the pool in front of the house and the back. We got the poolaccess room and did not regret it, by the time we woke up the pool had already been cleaned of any fallen leaves etc. The room got cleaned daily and new waterbottles were left. Minibar prices were reasonable. The breakfast each morning was delicious, with the guests being able to order from the a’ la carte menu. The Eggs Bennedict rivals many of those in my favorite brunch spots back home. There is a beach restaraunt connected to the hotel which was good as well, but plenty of other options around the hotel. A definite recommendation.

We had an excellent stay at the resort We got upgraded for our honeymoon which we really appreciated The resort was beautiful Quiet side of the island which suited us perfect The morning yoga offering was lovely We had a noisy neighbour the first night and the hotel were accommodating in resolving the issue for us the next day offering to move room The manager was very kind in helping us also when my husband was unwell 10/10 would recommend to anyone

We got our own villa with private pool at the rear of the hotel. Absolutely amazing!!! Calm and nice location directly on the beach, two kilometers from the busy port. Own beach area with own sun beds. Friendly staff that always wanted to help. Great and varied breakfast with dishes made to order.

The room was incredible and the pool, but most of all the staff were amazing. They were friendly and chatty and we developed a good relationship with them. It was the best experience we had here and I would definitely come back and that’s mostly because of the warm environment created by the staff. The rooms were clean and smelled really good. No insects inside. Breakfast is delivered to your room. It is small and intimate and a beautiful place to spend your time at Gili.

Ponte Villas is perfection the staff, location, villas and service was superb. Mahrun and all the team couldn’t do enough to make our stay perfect. We loved every minute from surfing out the front, relaxing by the pool or at the beach. It was so perfect to have an alacarte breakfast each morning of freshly prepared meals instead of the standard boring buffet. I would come back in a heartbeat the team organised a great day out with snorkeling and island hopping. Nothing was ever too much. It was paradise we can’t wait to come back.

Incredible setting, outstanding staff, luxurious room, delicious food, perfect pool! Delicious cocktails and breakfast (banana pancake was my fave)!
