The hotel and grounds are stunning, the room was beautiful and the view outstanding. Having a private pool provided a perfect, private getaway that we couldn’t fault. The staff were so helpful and friendly. The food was amazing in all of the restaurants. we felt no need to leave in our 4 night stay.

Our stay was just amazing! We had 7 fabulous nights and cannot wait to go back again. The whole experience was made even more special by the wonderful staff - especially in the restaurants - Gaia Restaurant - Peggy, Konstantinos and Eugine - and the fabulous Osteria Restaurant with spectacular food and setting, not to mention the great live entertainment and the truly amazing staff - Noni and Konstantina - who made us feel so welcome and looked after us so well. Nico at the front entrance was always there to greet us with a friendly smile and chat, and Vasslis the Operations Manager made time to speak with guests and it was a real pleasure to meet him. Guests are treated like friends and many guests have returned year after year and we can see why.

The owner, Aggello, is one amazing fellow. Be nice to him, and he would take very good care of you. The staff in general is very helpful. We stayed in the elegant suite, which had a jacuzzi inside the room. The view from the room was amazing, mountains on one side and ocean on the other. They serve amazing food and have daily specials as well. They have in-house car rentals as well and they can also arrange for an airport drop off at 35 Euros.

Wonderful villa, perfect accommodation for one family, with 2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor and a big living and kitchen downstairs. Also an outdoor BBQ place with all the amenities. Incredible experience! Everything was exactly as in the pictures, impecable and exquisite. All amenities were high end and designed exceptionally. The Hospitality of Nikos was excellent. And thereby was the place beautifull. For us the best of the surrounding of Zakynthos city.
