We recently had a perfect 7-day holiday at Steigenberger Alcazar, Sharm El Sheikh. This resort is bliss for adults and kids with loads of fun activities, relaxation and natural beauty. The service is exceptional! I highly recommend the all inclusive packages. It's stress free and the food is delicious, plentiful and full of variety. Compliments to all the chefs. Our huge thanks to the entire team - super professional, kind and wonderful. These people are assets and made our trip the best ever. Amazing coral reef, good food even for vegans, friendly staff The reef: there are 2 short pierces to safely enter the sea, about 150 meters apart, you can swim between them and further to other hotels The hotel area: huge with a nice greenery. Takes about 10 minutes to get from the beach to the lobby, I liked it. The shuttle is also available. The food: one of the best we have experienced even in more expensive hotels Animations: a plenty of standard activities (yoga, volleyball, beach games etc) but the team literally causes you to join again and again (it was my first time ever I participated in such kind of activities) The staff: The whole animation team is super bombastic! Aladdin is always energetic, the girls always find time for a small talk with guests, even the annoying ones without an exclusion. Anna is always smiling and charming, listening to every guest, Jenia is entertaining and Nastya is cool, and all of them (forgot the names of other guys) are great dancers. Special thanks to waiter Mohammed for my latte on a soy milk 😊 The evening program starts with singers followed by a local disco, but one can't hear the noise from a room

The facilities are excellent with 2 great pools and everything you need on site. The apartment itself is clean, modern, with strong wifi and is a perfect location. A taxi was even organised by Ahmed to take us to the airport. He was very helpful. So convenient. Absolutely everything you need. Mohamed the owner went above and beyond and helped us when we were in a real spot of trouble. We had mislaid our passports and were flying home that day. He drove us in his own car to pick the passports up and back. He is truly a hero in our eyes and a true gentleman. He also has a beautiful family so is a man you can truly trust. Couldn’t ask for more. Highly highly recommend :-)

The great place to stay for diving The appartment is very nice and cozy with a great modern design. It is located on the ground floor so you got a nice terrace there. The apartment located in El Hadaba neighborhood, which is safe and quiet. The hostess Caterina and mr Yaser are very nice people who are always ready to help you and advise in any situation. There is a mall in 5 min walk where you can buy everything you need for comfortable living (water, food etc). The apartment is great for an early bird or for the people who come diving which is pretty the same, because it is situated near a mosque so at 4 am a muezzin wakes you up with a nice singing and if you are still sleeping at 5 am a cock which lives at the backyard starts crowing continuously with the very small pauses till 9 am so you don't have any chance to be late for your daily diving. If you like to sleep until noon the apartment probably is not for you.

Max is a great guy, the perfect host who will always make sure you have a comfortable stay. The apartments had a beautiful suntrap balcony and the decor in both apartments was very good. Everything was explained and I was very well looked after. I will return to Sharm and I will always use Max @ Delta Sharm now. The pools and the gardens are amazing, so beautiful and are always being maintained by staff. I was travelling alone but felt completely safe. Max accommodated a late check out which meant a change of apartment but this one was just as good 👍 I miss the Sharm ☀️ already and Max's great personality. Thank you for an unforgettable holiday ❤️ See you soon 😊
