Fantastic location (even though you can only reach the hotel on foot) and great views! Very friendly staff, very helpful with tips for restaurants etc. We will definitely stay here again if we visit Berat again.

It was such a great stay. We loved our cozy room with a view to the old town. The staff was so kind and served us a wonderful breakfast. It is a family run business so you can feel the authenticity of the place. It was our favorite stay of our whole trip.

Excellent location on the main road through Berat with private parking, easy to find and set on flat ground. Even when you check out, you can leave the car here and go sightseeing. The host Mirel and his mother were incredibly welcoming – they greeted us like family and offered a delicious treat on arrival. We spent a wonderful evening together enjoying local specialities. In the morning we were served a superb breakfast, prepared exactly to our wishes, and we could also use the kitchen for coffee or tea. Mirel recommended what to see, offered a free guided tour of the castle, and even helped us with some errands. He’s an amazing host, and we would love to come back again. Mirel speaks English and French. Rooms are spacious with very comfortable beds, including the pillows, and top-quality linen. Everything is brand new – the villa opened just a week ago. The décor perfectly combines modern comfort with traditional artefacts. The garden is cosy, and from the balcony and terrace you can admire the castle and the houses of Gorica. The hospitality and the villa itself exceeded our expectations, all at a great price. Highly recommended!
