I cannot recommend this hotel more. We stayed here with two young children. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Biggie took us everywhere we wanted, helping with car seats and little ones. Kingsley made sure we had delicious food and drinks and chatted and played with our little one and Natasha was able to answer all of our questions and give advice for trips given our family set up. My husband had his birthday whilst we were at the hotel and the staff made a big fuss with a cake and traditional songs. An incredible, safe and lovely place to be

The restaurant and bar areas provide lots of opportunities for enjoying views of the river, as does the sparking clean infinity pool. The food was good; the staff friendly and solicitous. The room and balcony couldn’t have been better. We also took the sunset cruise on the Livingston Princess and enjoyed that enormously also.

I really loved the peaceful atmosphere and stunning natural surroundings at Mist Lodge. The lodge blends beautifully with the landscape, offering amazing views and a real sense of tranquility. The staff were warm and welcoming, always ready to help without being intrusive. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and I appreciated the attention to detail in the decor—it felt very authentic and relaxing. Plus, the food was excellent, especially the local dishes. Overall, it was a perfect retreat for reconnecting with nature and unwinding.
