I enjoyed delicious breakfasts and dinners my entire stay. The Lodge and outside areas are beautifully decorated. There are a number of local magazines, bird and animals books available for reading. I definitely recommend Muunga if you want to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

The pool area was the perfect place after an exhausting safari. Also the view platform is very nice and if you are lucky you can see some animals as well. Plus point: There are three very friendly ostriches in the place. Thanks a lot for a very special time for us. Highly recommended! Dinner was also delicious in a modern and artful Restaurant.

The beautiful decoration and intimate setting created a memorable evening for us. To top it all off, the lodge's unique location allowed us to experience wildlife up close, as we had the amazing opportunity to encounter a duiker and even a giraffe right at the lodge! Additionally, the lodge's location is very close to Hoedspruit airport and many reserves, making it an ideal place to stay. On the last day of our stay, we had a luxurious breakfast at the lodge, adding a touch of elegance to our experience. Overall, the value for money at African Flair is exceptional. The attentive service and the host's dedication to planning everything for us made our stay truly special. We spent two unforgettable nights at Maroelani for our honeymoon, and everything was simply perfect. The staff is absolutely exceptional — Kim and Brandon went truly above and beyond anything we could have wished for. Their kindness, warmth, and attention to every little detail made our stay incredibly special. They made us feel at home in the middle of the bush! The chef deserves a standing ovation: every dish was both a work of art and a delight to taste — and we say this as Italians, who are usually quite picky about food! The table service was flawless, and we loved that each meal was served in a different location, beautifully arranged setting, making every moment unique. Our Riverside Suite was stunning — spacious, elegant, and perfectly immersed in nature, where we could watch animals passing by right from our terrace. Obviously no wifi. But it was nice be out of the world for a couple of day. It’s part of the experience.
