If you need to have great vacation and relaxing time, here is the answer. The house is bigger than you see in the photo and inside the room, all details are cute. This will be my first choice for my next stay in Chiangmai.

The property is so clean and nice. The service by the owner also excellent. He speaks english fluently and the service is so superb. If i can rate, i would like to give 100/10. One night stay is not enough to enjoy the view.

This place was a little gem! We don't read Thai but it wasn't too hard to find. You can park right in front of your room, which is a studio/bungalow-style. Shower pressure was surprisingly strong and hot - felt great if you're hiking around Doi Inthanon during the day. Bed was very comfy. Room had more amenities than we expected. It looked like you could order food although you may need to be able to read and speak Thai to do so. The neighbouring rooms had really nice hotpot sets in the evening. Alternatively you can walk to a nearby restaurant up the road which also served up a great variety of Thai dishes.

Boontam knows the best places, maintains some hides which gives fantastic close-up views of birds you would only normally see at distance and loves what he does. It is situated in an authentic Karen village homestay with several good restaurants within a short walk and the home-cooked breakfast is nutritious and delicious.

Convenient location to visit the area on daily tours. It is an oldish resort which may need some renovation. Bar and restaurant were closed at the time of our stay. The few people from the staff were extremely kind and helpful.
