Judith, Josue and their beautiful boy Thiago were absolutely amazing!!!! This was the best stay after a huge bus ride. We were so relaxed watching the sunset cuddled up with a blanket. We were provided with the most incredible food - especially the fried trout and soup Judith prepared. Josue took us on a tour around Uros and also took my partner fishing!!! It was just so great. We didn’t want to leave. We also jumped in the lake which was beautiful and clear. A unique and special stay we will remember forever.

Whatever we requested he was happy to oblige I would definitely recommend this place, staying there on lake Titicaca was an experience of a lifetime that was made sweeter in this beautiful accommodations (it was the best one on the lake) with almost 360 degree view of the water

Leonardo, Lina and their children welcomed us into their home and showed us how they live. They arranged all transport for us and we had a great communication via WhatsApp. They showed us around the islands, made us delicious breakfast and dinner, explained about their community and answered all our curious questions. The houses are spacious, the beds are comfortable and the view is truly spectacular. Thank you once again for the hospitality, it was great meeting you!

This is not just a place to stay—it’s a truly unforgettable experience that you simply should not miss. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with such warmth and kindness. Juan and his family took care of us as if we were their own. When we struggled with the altitude on our first day, they immediately made us feel comfortable, preparing special teas and even giving us hot water bottles for the night. The altitude sickness disappeared overnight, thanks to their care! Juan took us out on a fantastic boat tour of Lake Titicaca, sharing his knowledge and the beauty of the lake with us. In the evening, he cooked us an incredible supper—fresh and delicious. Breakfast the next morning was the same. Everything about our stay was authentic, peaceful, and filled with small, thoughtful touches. But what truly sets this place apart is Juan’s generosity and dedication. Halfway to Cusco, I realized I had left my laptop behind at the lodge—a total panic moment! Juan went above and beyond to make sure I got it back before leaving Cusco, personally organizing for it to be delivered by bus so I wouldn’t have to pay $200 for a private shuttle. I am eternally grateful for his kindness and effort! If you’re looking for a genuine, unforgettable experience on Lake Titicaca with hosts who treat you like family, do not hesitate—book a stay at Amalia Titicaca Lodge. You will be so glad you did. Situated in Puno, Titicaca Aruntawi Lodge Peru offers accommodation with views of the lake, and breakfast included every day. Amazing family, lodges are a bit farther into the Uros Islands so it’s very peaceful and beautiful. Good home cooked meals. Beautiful, colorful and spacious lodge.

Felix is such an amazing, kind, generous, hospitable, helpful and caring owner, who treated us like a family. He shared so much incredible knowledge that helped us to understand the local culture, history and community. He helped us to book a tour through the lake and offered us a delicious dinner and breakfast. It was indeed a bit colder at night but we received bottles of hot water that kept us warm through the night but just pack one extra sweater and you'll be fine. Also, the hot water is running in the shower without any trouble. The place is incredibly calm, quiet and peaceful. I literally have no regrets deciding for this amazing experience.
