Just an incredible place - 'cabin' is understating it. The views across to Auckalnd and Rangitoto alone are worth the price, but it's the little touches that make this place special: all the fittings are metal where possible, the finishing is exceptional, and the wine is from across the road. It gave our stay a feeling of luxury and care that was beyond the price. It was also probably the best bed we've ever had - it shaped itself to us in a way neither of us had experienced before.

This is an outstanding luxury property, one of the best in the country. The staff provide the highest level of service, the breakfast and evening canapés/drinks are excellent and the evening dinner superb (extra cost but worth it). However the best part comes from the views from the terrace and pool as well as from the large well appointed room and the large jacuzzi. It is expensive but stay here if you can.

Set in Bombay, Maxwell's Golf Retreat offers free WiFi, and guests can enjoy a garden, a restaurant and a bar.

Host was wonderful, friendly and very welcoming. The location was easy to find, quiet and relaxing with plenty of parking. Kitchen was well equipped for us to prepare our continental breakfast. Restaurant/bar had wonderful views over the golf course. Would definitely stay there again.

Located in Auckland, Three Palms Lodge offers modern rooms with free WiFi and parking. Hunters Plaza, located next door can provide some retail therapy.

Very old style, large, comfortable home with a small private swimming pool and a constantly hot hot tub outside. We enjoyed our stay in this period residence. Some bedrooms are ensuite and others are not. Ensuite in the blue room is very compact. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Good facilities in the kitchen. This house has a "family run" type atmosphere.

What a great place to stay, owner friendly an told us what was around the area, what came with the room. Everything was exceptional and we will book again.
