Hosts were very welcoming. The house itself is delightful, fully renovated to a very high standard and very comfortable. The surroundings offer incredible views, a surreal forest, and amazing hikes. I only regret I couldn't stay for another week.

    very quiet at night, view onto the lake and low mountains, relaxing mixture between country lodge and retreat house, charming old style wooden inside, pool and large lawn area with chairs. Very large dining areas overlooking lake and Vitznau. Great food and very kind staff. Large breakfast buffet.
