Scenic High Falls is 6.1 km from the lodge. I loved the decorating inside. It had such a cabiny feel to it, not like a hotel or motel. The kitchenette was perfect.

I had everything I needed and it was so much more then an hotel room .you can see that it is a project in development stage everything is new and I am sure it will be a praised spot for traveller's.

Beautiful quiet location which will be amazing in the summer. Outdoor pool but April is too cold for a dip. They also sell jams, chutneys, hot chocolate bombs and plants. Didn’t sample the breakfast unfortunately as it is served after 8.30am and I had to leave at 7am for work.

We loved looking out the window, while it was raining and watching the rain fall on the water, it was wonderful, beautiful, peaceful and romantic to look at; you have to be there to enjoy the moment. And watching the sunset off the water, it was also beautiful. The property have lots of sitting areas with fire pits and BBQ grills. And for this time of year, it was quite. The price was affordable and our room had everything in it. We went for our 6th wedding anniversary and we loved our weekend getaway.
