Location! Right in the middle of the rice fields and jungle! This establishment is a great place if you want to have nice walks along the famous rice terraces. The noise of the nature at night takes time to get used to. Same with sleeping in a room with geckos - but that's pretty normal in Bali. The host was really helpful in helping with arranging the healer when my husband had back pain. Thank you! We will always remember our stay.

The Staff really made a great stay fantastic! The room was comfortable, the pool was amazing with views overlooking the jungle, and everything felt so peaceful and relaxing. Tegal campuhan retreat was such a special experience. The entire accommodation was just pure magic. It felt like being in the complete jungle and that so close to canggu. It was super nice to wake up in the morning with the view right on the river. I can recommend this place to any nature lover.

The place offers such a unique stay with a glass dome and incredible views of the surrounding rice fields. It’s a one-of-a-kind experience, though do keep in mind that you might encounter some insects due to the natural setting, and the dome can get warm midday. These minor details didn’t bother us, as the overall experience and service were fantastic!

We had a wonderful family 4 dsys stay at a Oemah Tepi Sawah. Surrounded by lush rice fields it offers serene escape from the busy world. The locally made breakfasts and dinners were a treat, especially the Dadar gulung and chicken Sate. A special mention to our friendly driver Roi, who doubled as a guide, sharing cultural insights and helping us discover hidden gems. He even took us to local shopping centers where we bought some lovely traditional Balinese outfits. The peaceful location, delicious food, and warm hospitality made our trip truly unforgettable. Highly recommend this gem for anyone visiting Bali! Sleeping in to crickets chirping and toads croaking felt lively and amazing!!
