Location was what we were hoping for. Very close to the 2 beaches alot of great restaurants and the night life -to be able to walk and enjoy but then be able to get away and sleep in your bed(somewhat quite).

Great value for your travel dollar (or Colones) We loved staying there for the convenience to the local area yet privacy in the hills. We will return for a longer visit with our wonderful hosts, Brigette and Leon.The nights were alive with the sounds of animals and insects and a beautiful night sky. Apparently we are not unusual in turning off all thee lights and sitting on the deck at night.

This place is amazing, no doubt. Its in the middle of santa teresa only 5 minutes from the beacj. Good vibes, Jon himself and his mother are amazing, kind and superhelpful. They helped us book shuttles, taxis and everything. They hooked us up with a great surfteacher namned Dani, if youre gonba take surfclasses do it with Dani! Hes a five star teacher. There are lots of good space for hangout and nice vibes on the evenings. We lived in a private room in a three-stored ”bungalow” which were supercozy. Own toilet and shower, it was clean and wellworkning. No AC but a fan that we kept going at night, this was enough for us. I really have nothing bad to say about this place. Go here!

This beautiful lodge is nestled in the heart of nature. A short car ride from the National Park. Very comfortable accommodation, spacious and clean. Beautiful balcony to enjoy the evening and a short walk to a local (soda) restaurant. Our host was so helpful and introduced us to a great taxi driver. A short visit but very enjoyable.

Sunshine Sanctuary is more than a hotel. This quiet treasure is nestled in the heart of the jungle. Each room offers a private entrance, private balcony, AC, hot water and cable TV.

Our hosts were so beyond wonderful; responsive to every question before and during our stay, and had great recommendations of food/tours/fun all around the peninsula. The location was perfect, quiet enough to sit in nature with the monkeys, but close enough to the popular beaches and restaurants. The house was immaculately clean (having a daily cleaner is something I'll miss back home) and very comfortable, our family of 4 had everything we needed there. Our favorite part of the property might have been the pool; gorgeous, well appointed, a great place to meet and hang out with others, and a break from the heat! We'll be back without a doubt!!!!!!
