Jorge and his family do their best to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. The coffee tour they offer was an unforgettable experience. The location is excellent, only a five minute walk to the thermal baths. The owners are the nicest people, and their dog Coffee is adorable. Breakfast was super tasty too. After spending the day in the thermal baths, sleeping with the sound of the river is so relaxing. Easily the best night we've had in our trip! ❤️

All the people working here were soo incredibly sweet and friendly! We felt very welcome. The room was really nice, spacious and clean. A good breakfast was included and someone came to the hotel earlier to make it cause we had to leave at 7 in the morning. Service is absolutely great! The location is really good within 30 min walking distance of the center but still in nature. There are some really good restaurants next to the hotel. The owners of the hotel are also really friendly and helpful. They gave us a tour of the city and wanted to show us everything which was really sweet! Would def come back next time!
